HRD ATTESTATION

This is the initial step of authentication of educational documents. HRD / NORKA / GAD is done over the submitted documents.This process is done only on Educational documents which are UGC & AICTE Approved.

Certificated authentication authority would be different for different states. For few of the states it would be called HRD, GDA, NORKA-ROOTS etc.

Type of educational documents:

HRD attestation is done only on main educational documents . No marklist ,Transcripts and Private Certificates are attested / authenticated.

Duration:

Depending upon the state of the issued certificate the number of days required for attestation varies. Mostly the attestation is done after a verification and this could be time consuming.In certain cases the verification process is not mandatory.
